Custom shaped tail light brackets to replace/reinforce broken studs on F430 tail light units.
Saves needing to purchase new tail light units, retaining your original units.
The brackets together provide 4 new studs, providing one more stud fixing than the original tail light to further secure the tail light installation.
Each tail light has a lower bracket and an upper bracket – they are priced as a pair of brackets (one lower and one upper) per tail light.
The lower bracket can be used whether or not the original stud is still intact, or has broken off. The bracket can accommodate either case.
The upper bracket is used to replace both original studs where these have broken away.
The brackets can be secured to the tail light using double sided tape (we recommend ‘3M Extreme’ or similar product (tape not included as is best purchased as a new roll for maximum adhesion)). Brackets include all new studs/nuts/split/serrated/plain washers.
Epoxy (or other adhesives) can also be used if preferred, but to date we have found the tape gives the option to remove the brackets if needed for maintenance/servicing (or refreshing the tape at a late date if needed).
